Placing an order with us is simple. Once you have found a gift you want to buy simply:
Click on "Add to Basket" and your chosen product will be added to your basket. Continue adding items until you are ready to pay
When you are ready to pay, click on the "check out" button
If you wish to have your order gift boxed, or include a gift message click on the option to add these extras
Click on "Choose delivery" to choose your delivery service preference
If you are happy with all the details click on "Go Checkout"
You will then see a summary of your order information. If this is all correct click on "checkout" to pay by a credit or debit card or "paypal" to pay via paypal
Enter your delivery details, contact details, card details and submit your payment
Once you have finished you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Please check this to ensure all details, including the delivery address are correct
Click on "My Shopping Basket" in the top right hand corner of page mast. Enter the coupon code in the coupon box in the side bar to the left of the page, then click 'add'. Your coupon should then show in your basket
As long as your order has not been despatched we can add this to your order. Please email Customer Services or call 0844 8797401 for further assistance

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please keep this email safe, as it will contain your order reference number and purchase information. Please check you spam/ junk mail folders if this email does not appear to have been received
You will need to place separate orders so that the orders are gift boxed separately. We can however send the orders together, so you will only incur one delivery charge. Please contact customer_services@pressies4princesses.co.uk (0844 8797401) and they will advise what you need to do
Your delivery costs will be confirmed to you once you have selected your delivery option. Delivery is based on the weight of your order, the service you choose and destination country
Yes. Please select our "On Specific Day" Service as you check out and you can select the delivery date for your order. Unfortunately we cannot delivery on a Saturday or Sunday under this service
Yes. As long as your order is placed by 2pm we can deliver next day. Just select the next day option as you checkout. We cannot deliver on a Saturday or Sunday under this service
Unfortunately we cannot as they are made to order and despatched direct from our supplier. The exact timings are available on the product information page for that product
Once your order has been despatched, we will send you a despatch confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way and when to anticipate its arrival. Please check your spam/ junk mail folder if you believe you haven't received this email
If your order was despatched via Royal Mail, we advise you to first check with your local delivery office, even if you have not received a "while you were out card". In our experience, the majority of parcels not received are normally waiting there for collection. If your order was despatched via courier, the tracking information should provide the necessary information. In the event of lost parcels, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days after which we will despatch your order again if not received.

We can resend your order at an agreed cost, which may be more than our normal delivery charge. Alternatively, you will have the right to a refund less deductions for despatch and delivery costs incurred

To request a return, please email us at returns@pressies4princesses.co.uk. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods
In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must inform us by emailing us at returns@pressies4princesses.co.uk within three working days of receipt of the product. A customer services representative will then advise you where to send your return to. On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent. We do not refund Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier costs unless agreed by us via email prior to the return. Please obtain a proof of your postage costs so that we can refund the correct amount
