Our payment services are provided by SecureTrading – an industry leader – who use the latest Secure Socket Layer technology to ensure your payment information is handled securely. Unlike many websites, we don't require you to register before purchasing items. This means that, unless you use the Wish List facility, we do not store any personal information about you online. We are constantly updating our range to bring you the latest and best gift ideas, as we find them. We find printed catalogues quickly fall out-of-date, are expensive to print (a cost which is borne by customers) and have a negative impact upon the environment. So, we don't print one! We hope this does not inconvenience you. 5. How do I pay for my Goods? We accept online payment using a debit or credit card in a secure environment provided by SecureTrading. Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta are all accepted. More on payment methods 6. When will my card be debited? Your card is debited once your order is accepted. We send you an email to confirm that your order is on its way. 7. How do I know when my order has been received? Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email safe, as it will contain your order reference number and purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse overseas orders at our discretion. 10. How will I know when my order has been sent? Once your order has been despatched we will send you a despatch confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way and when to anticipate its arrival. 11. How can I return unwanted items? We aim to make shopping online as easy as possible and endeavour to give you as much information as possible about our products before you purchase. However, if you are not happy with your goods they can be returned to us within 21 days. We will exchange or refund the goods provided they are returned in their original unused condition. See our Returns Policy for more information. 12. What is a Gift Box? - Coming Soon Our Gift Box facility allows you to create your very own gift-wrapped box of gifts from most of the items we sell. You can choose the style of your box and wrappings and add as many or few gifts as you like. We'll then make up your box (or boxes – if you've been really generous) and send them to whoever you want to make feel really special, with your own personal message. If you prefer to deliver by hand, we can ship your ready wrapped Gift Box to you instead. Available soon. 13. Do you offer a Wedding List Service? Our Wish Lists work just like a Wedding List and, of course, you can add all of our products and the hundreds of other ideas we handpick from our partner websites. More about Wish Lists. 14. Do you use cookies, if so how? Yes, but we don't collect any information about you using cookies or monitor your browsing habits or anything sinister like that.
