How to order gifts

We work hard to make ordering online as quick and easy as possible. The steps involved are outlined below. If you experience any difficulties, we can help. Here's how to contact us.

The Online Catalogue

Our catalogue is divided into a number of sections and pages. Our sections contain products of a certain type (eg lingerie) or grouped by price (eg £15 and under). Each section is divided into pages, which may contain further subdivisions such as Lingerie / French Knickers. All the products you can buy directly at this website are located in the upper product table, clearly marked "Buy these gifts here" on these pages.

After seeing the small image and short description you may be ready to add the item to your basket or Wish List. Alternatively, you can click "More info" for a whole page of extra pictures and details about the gift. Beneath our products, we provide a host of handpicked related gift suggestions from our partners' websites. You cannot buy these items at pressies4princesses.co.uk, but clicking the link will take you through to a website where you can. You can also add these gifts to your Wish List, giving you a huge range of items to choose from.

Searching

You can search our catalogue for keywords matches in the name of the product or its description. The search results page shows the nearest matches first. More about searching.

Shopping Basket

The number and cost of items in your shopping basket is displayed in the basket section at the top right of the page. If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket then click "View" in the basket section. If you have finished shopping then click "Check out" in the same area and follow the on-screen instructions.

Submitting Your Order

Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment and, if you place your order by 4pm on a week day, your order should be with you 3 - 5 working days later. Your order will be confirmed by email.
