When should I expect to receive my order?

This depends on the delivery location and your chosen delivery service...

UK standard deliveries
Typically, delivery will be 2-4 working days (and certainly within 5) using our standard service. Deliveries are between 7.00am and 5.00pm via Royal Mail. Some items take longer because they are made to order or are personalised. This is clearly stated in the detailed product information and will be confirmed upon ordering.

UK Priority "First Class" deliveries
This service provides same day despatch via Royal Mail First Class post for orders received before 2pm. Typical delivery time will be 1-2 days depending on the delivery address and the time of year.

UK Next Day deliveries
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by 1pm the next day to UK addresses. This excludes the Highlands and Islands. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed. A signature will be required by the carrier upon delivery, which sometimes makes it more convenient to deliver to your place of work. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified and a refund or alternative item offered.

UK On Specific Day deliveries
These deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery before 1pm on your requested day. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed, though the majority to residential addresses are fulfilled. There are no Saturday deliveries to commercial addresses. A signature will be required upon delivery. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified and a refund or alternative item offered.

Deliveries abroad
Your parcel will be delivered via International Airmail. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but typical delivery times are 5 days to Europe and 7 days to the rest of the world. Please note that these times are considerably longer for Christmas posting.

Can orders be placed from abroad?

Yes, orders can be placed from abroad.

Is there any option if I want my order next day?

Yes, we offer this service at a modest extra charge to UK delivery of orders received before 2pm each day.

If part of my order is sold out and coming at a later date do I pay an extra delivery charges?

If part of your order is out of stock we will contact you immediately to discuss what you want us to do. If you want to receive a part order with more to follow, this can be arranged. There is usually no separate delivery charge. If for any reason it is necessary to make a charge, we will inform you before processing your order. This gives you the option to cancel.
