Present Delivery Information

In stock orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Personalised and bespoke orders will be dispatched within the timescale that is shown on the product information.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email letting you know that the order has been sent. The timescales for delivery are indicated below -

U.K. Standard Delivery £3.95 - Delivery 2-5 working days from dispatch
U.K. Next Day Delivery £6.95 - Delivery within 24 hours (orders must be made by 2pm)
U.K. Next Day Saturday Delivery £10.95 - Delivery within 24 hours (orders must be made by 2pm Friday)
U.K. Specific Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) £7.95 – Delivery by 1pm
U.K. Specific Day Delivery (Saturday) £11.95 – Delivery by 1pm

EUROPE = International delivery £9.95 - delivery 3-8 working days from dispatch

REST OF WORLD = International delivery £11.95 - delivery 7-15 working days from dispatch

Courier £30 – delivery 2-4 working days from dispatch

All deliveries have to be signed for, so you may prefer to give us a different address, other than your home address, such as your work place or a friend.

Personalised/Bespoke Items

Our personalised products are made to order, therefore the delivery times will vary from product to product. The typical delivery time is clearly stated in the detailed product information. Meeting these delivery commitments does rely on the personalised information being supplied promptly. If you require your personalised order sooner we will endeavour to help you. Please contact our Customer Services team.


Heavy Items

A surcharge may apply for a small number of our heavier products. Any additional charge will be confirmed when you select your delivery option.


Seasonal Variations

During particularly busy times such as Christmas and Valentines Day our standard delivery services may be subject to small delays. This should not impact guaranteed services.


Delivery Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address for the addressee. We accept no responsibility for goods lost when they are delivered to the address provided.


Failed Delivery

Where we have attempted delivery and the addressee has not collected the parcel or rearranged delivery promptly, the parcel will be returned to us. This may also occur if an incorrect delivery address has been provided. In these cases, we can resend your order at an agreed cost, which may be more than our normal delivery charge. Alternatively, you will have the right to a refund less deductions for despatch and delivery costs incurred.


Undelivered Goods

We confirm despatch of your order by email. In the event of your parcel not arriving, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days after which we will despatch your order again or provide a refund, whichever is appropriate.

We do not accept any responsibility for the late arrival of parcels delivered by our Standard, European or Worldwide delivery services. For these services, the stated time for delivery is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Late goods, however, can of course still be returned in accordance with our Refunds and Exchange Policy.
