ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with us is simple. Once you have found a gift you want to buy simply: Click on "Add to Basket" and your chosen product will be added to your basket. Continue adding items until you are ready to pay

When you are ready to pay, click on the "check out" button

If you wish to have your order gift boxed, or include a gift message click on the option to add these extras

Click on "Choose delivery" to choose your delivery service preference

If you are happy with all the details click on "Go Checkout"

You will then see a summary of your order information. If this is all correct click on "checkout" to pay by a credit or debit card or "paypal" to pay via paypal

Enter your delivery details, contact details, card details and submit your payment

Once you have finished you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Please check this to ensure all details, including the delivery address are correct


What payment methods do you accept?

You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. We are fully integrated with PayPal Express Checkout. Please be sure to enter the address you want your order shipped to (not the payment address) when paying this way.




When will my card be debited?

Your card is debited once your order is accepted



How do I use a discount coupon?

At checkout enter the coupon code in the coupon box and click redeem. Your coupon should then show in your basket.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been despatched then you can cancel it. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced on them. Please email customerservices@pressies4princesses.co.uk or telephone 01983 565245 for further assistance

How do I know my order has been received by you?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please keep this email safe, as it will contain your order reference number and purchase information. Please check you spam/ junk mail folders if this email does not appear to have been received.



Can I place an order from abroad?

Yes, orders can be placed from abroad



Can I have a VAT receipt?

Please email customerservices@pressies4princesses.co.uk and they will email you a VAT receipt.

No, we do not include any price information regarding the order in the parcel



Can you deliver to multiple addresses in one order?

Unfortunately we are unable to do this at present. You will need to place a separate order for each delivery address



Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes, we can despatch your gift in an attractive gift box, tied with ribbon. Please see this link for further information:

Can I just include a gift message with my order?

Of course. A personalised gift message card can be included for a small fee. It is added to your order in "Your Shopping Basket"

My order contains gifts for different people, at the same address, so I want them gift boxed separately, can I do this?

You will need to place separate orders so that the orders are gift boxed separately. We can however send the orders together, so you will only incur one delivery charge. Please contact customerservices@pressies4princesses.co.uk (01983 565245) and they will advise what you need to do

How much will delivery cost?

Your delivery costs will be confirmed to you once you have selected your delivery option. Delivery is based on the service you choose and destination country.

Can you deliver on a particular day?

Yes. Please select specific day delivery and then email us with the exact details.

I need my gift tomorrow, can you help?

As long as you order before 2pm and choose Next Day delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday please choose Uk Next Day Saturday Delivery. (This excludes personalised gifts).

Can you deliver next day or on a specific day for personalised products?

Unfortunately we cannot as they are made to order and despatched direct from our supplier. The exact timings are available on the product information page for that product



Can you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes. We can send your order to the UK, Europe and Worldwide.



How will I know when my order has been despatched?

Once your order has been despatched, we will send you a despatch confirmation email to let you know that it's on its way and when to anticipate its arrival. Please check your spam/ junk mail folder if you believe you haven't received this email

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If your order was despatched via Royal Mail, we advise you to first check with your local delivery office, even if you have not received a "while you were out card". In our experience, the majority of parcels not received are normally waiting there for collection. If your order was despatched via courier, the tracking information should provide the necessary information. In the event of lost parcels, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days after which we will despatch your order again if not received. What happens if my order has been returned to you because I did not collect it from the courier or Royal Mail delivery office?

We can resend your order at an agreed cost, which may be more than our normal delivery charge. Alternatively, you will have the right to a refund less deductions for despatch and delivery costs incurred



What if I enter the delivery address incorrectly on my order?

If your order has not been despatched, please contact Customer Services immediately. They will make the necessary corrections. We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or do not arrive when the customer has supplied an incorrect address. Meeting our delivery promises on guaranteed services like next day and on specific day delivery requires that the customer provides a complete and correct delivery address



Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Sorry, but we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Our couriers must have the actual physical street address, including post code


RETURNS

How do I return an item?

To request a return, please email us at returns@pressies4princesses.co.uk. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return the order.



Can I return a personalised gift?

We are unable to accept a return for a personalised gift unless it is faulty



My order arrived damaged or faulty what shall I do?

In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must inform us by emailing us at returns@pressies4princesses.co.uk within three working days of receipt of the product. A customer services representative will then advise you where to send your return to. On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent. We do not refund Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier costs unless agreed by us via email prior to the return. Please obtain a proof of your postage costs so that we can refund the correct amount.
